How do we get the pupils to design well. There are various techniques that can be adopted. The ones most commonly found in Technical Departments employ the use of Lifestyle and Mood boards.
With my own pupils, designing is taught from S1 onwards and the techniques delivered to the pupils are such that the pupils are encouraged to develop designs with as much originality of thought and uniqueness in the design as possible.
